Profiling tools are incredibly insightful for those of you wanting to understand more about your (and your teams) behaviour in the workplace.  The Extended DISC® System provides an in-depth analysis about your behavioural style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations.

This information has a number of beneficial applications, some of the most common are:

  • Highlighting performance improvement and development
  • Improving communication and interaction
  • Addressing recruitment, retention and motivation challenges
  • Assisting with succession planning and strategic decision making
  • Providing a Leadership diagnostic

As an accredited Extended DISC® Consultant and Trainer I interpret the following reports:

Personal Analysis – a self-assessment that identifies an individuals’ basic behavioural type on a deeper unconscious level, revealing who you actually are and not who you think you need to be.

Work Pair Analysis – combines the results of two individuals; identifies their styles, how they complement one another, and where behaviour gaps exist.

Team Analysis – combines the results of several individuals; identifies the team dynamics, strengths and development areas, and illustrates how team members are adjusting their behaviours in the workplace.
